I was always that chubby kid at school but I was involved in sport regularly so got away with it predominately, I then moved from the Midlands to Cornwall at 16 and this is when it got out of hand, going to college and losing my local sports clubs within a year I was about 3 stone heavier, and not happy. I decided I needed to do something about it.
Going blind into my own journey reading the never ending ‘short cuts’ to losing weight I know how it feels to be overwhelmed by the amount of contradiction and content on techniques and fads. It took me just under 3 months to initially drop over 3 stone, eating minimal and following a rigorous exercise regime. It was certainly not sustainable but I had changed my complete outlook on food and exercise, gone were my old bad habits that had landed me in the situation and more importantly I created new “healthy” habits which were sustainable. I decided there must be a way of helping others achieve theirs. My own journey has really helped me, help others.
