Our approach to the small group training and team training sessions match our ethos, train everything so you can do anything.

Small Group PT is a blend between 1:1 PT and Team Training. Keeping the individual approach you’d get with PT you also get the fun, dynamic experience of Team Training.

Using a back to basics approach with low skill exercises our sessions are scalable and accessible for all fitness levels. With access to a wide range of equipment from tyres, yokes, free weights, Olympic barbells to our collection of modern conditioning machines no session is ever the same.

The Team Training is generally more centred around the conditioning pieces, the Runners, Ski’s, Bike’s and Rowers.

We often train in small teams or pairs to work through multiple blocks. The team mentality helps push you physically and mentally to the next level. We encourage community growth and a no-ego attitude.

Effort is the driving factor to all of our sessions, we may have a scoreboard to give that competitive edge but the real winners are the ones who have given it there best effort.

It’s probably like nothing you have done before in a unique setting but we can promise you some of the most rewarding total body workouts of your life.
