Your agreement is with your personal trainer/ coach (the “Coach,” “our”) who delivers your training whether it be face to face or virtually. These Terms and Conditions form part of your agreement with the Coach. You understand that the Coach is self-employed, and you are entering into a contract with them and them alone. Your instructions to commence personal training, group training or nutrition coaching will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when you will become a client (a “Client” or “you”). You are asked to pay special attention to the provisions related to cancellations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The guidelines outlined below are to ensure that the relationship between the Coach and Client and the responsibilities of both parties are clearly appreciated and understood.

This information should be presented at least 24 hours before the client’s next session so the coach can plan accordingly.
- If your Coach requires further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.
- You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that the Coach is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act.

- If the client wishes to cancel mid calendar month and all subsequent sessions immediately, they understand that there will be no refund given for the cancellation.
- If the Client cancels their Direct Debit within 24hrs of their next Session, this will be considered a cancelled Session and will also need to be paid for, in full.
- 12 hours’ notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments. Notice of less than 12 hours will mean you’ll lose a credit (session)
- Rescheduled Sessions or Sessions cancelled with over 12hrs notices that cannot be accommodated within the same 28 days should be used as soon as possible as the credits cannot be carried over to the next 28 days – i.e. If you pay for 8 sessions per month and miss 2 sessions that paid month you will still only have 8 sessions next month.
